Wellness House Collective is an intimate, boutique wellness destination where the standard never drops because the scale never demands it. With a small, hand-picked team and a treatment menu built around results rather than trends, we offer therapists something increasingly rare: the time and space to do their best work. We're not a conveyor belt spa. Treatments aren't rushed, guests are known by name, and every member of the team has a genuine say in how we grow. We work with premium product houses, we invest in ongoing training, and we care as much about how our people feel at the end of a shift as how our guests do. We're building something with real ambition behind it, and we want people who'd rather help shape a brand than just clock in at one. We are a professional, supportive and commercially focused spa team where high standards matter, but so does how people are treated. The environment is fast-paced at busy periods, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, guest experience and personal accountability. Team members are encouraged to contribute ideas, develop their skills and take ownership rather than simply follow a script. We want people who are warm, reliable, confident with guests and genuinely interested in delivering excellent spa and wellness experiences.

Development & progression

We actively support progression across spa, wellness and wider hotel operations. Therapists can develop into Senior Therapist, Supervisor, Spa Reception, Assistant Spa Manager and Spa Manager roles, while experienced managers can progress into multi-site, commercial and senior leadership positions. Development can include brand training, leadership development, commercial skills, treatment qualifications and opportunities to transfer between properties within the group. We aim to promote internally wherever the right capability and attitude exist.
