Proof
How WHC proves what it publishes.
Most recruitment sites open with testimonials. Very few will tell you where they came from. This page is the reverse: the standard first, then whatever currently meets it, and an honest count of how much that is.
The standard
- A review requires a completed engagement
- Reviews cannot be written by anyone who has simply visited a profile, been shortlisted, or exchanged messages. The engagement has to have finished and the money has to have moved. There is no way to leave a review from outside that.
- Both accounts are verified before either can review
- Properties are approved by hand before a role goes live. Professionals hold verified right-to-work evidence, and insurance where they have chosen to provide it. A review is therefore attached to two accounts that are known, not two email addresses.
- Nobody is named without cause
- Reviews are published by professional level and by the kind of engagement that produced them. We do not attach a person’s name to a public opinion of a former employer, and we do not invite properties to solicit reviews from people they are still paying.
- Nothing is written on WHC’s behalf
- No review on this platform has ever been drafted, edited, arranged or paid for by us. Where there is nothing to publish, this page says so rather than filling the space.
What that produces today
2 reviews on record
Nothing yet. WHC is early, and no engagement has completed and been reviewed under the standard above.
We could fill this page in an afternoon with composite quotes and a disclaimer underneath. That would tell you rather more about us than the empty page does. The first real review will appear here the day it is written.

The most useful thing on this platform is not what people say about it. It is what is open, at which properties, at what rate.
