What Employers Should Include in a Spa Job Advert

A strong spa job advert should help someone understand the opportunity, not simply prove that a vacancy exists.\n\nCandidates want to know the scope. How large is the team? How many treatment rooms? Which brands and systems are used? Who does the role report to? Is the property hotel-led, membership-led or destination-led?\n\nBe clear about salary, working pattern and progression. Explain what success looks like in the first six to twelve months. If the role is open to someone stepping up, say so. That one sentence can dramatically widen the quality of your candidate pool.\n\nMost importantly, sell the property honestly. Good recruitment is not about making every role sound perfect. It is about making the right person understand why it may be right for them.
