Privacy Is Becoming a New Luxury Wellness Trend

Luxury has always had a relationship with privacy, from private clubs to discreet dining rooms and secluded villas. Wellness is moving in the same direction.\n\nGuests are increasingly conscious of being photographed, recognised and interrupted. Some want smaller thermal spaces, private changing, bookable suites or treatment journeys that feel protected from the wider property.\n\nThis does not mean every spa needs to become closed or exclusive. It means privacy can be intentionally designed into the experience. Arrival routes, treatment scheduling, private relaxation areas and staff discretion all contribute.\n\nAs social media becomes more constant, the ability to disappear for a few hours may become one of the most valuable luxuries a spa can offer.
